The Student Services Department is responsible for providing support and services to students before, during, and after their studies, as well as handling student cases. The department also provides operational support to the university's departments, faculties, areas, and management. With a focus on the quality of education, the activities of the Student Services Department are characterized by professionalism, efficiency, legal certainty, and accessibility.
The section for educational documentation includes Ladok System Administration, Graduation, and the VFU Secretariat.
The Ladok System Administration working group is responsible for the Ladok student documentation system at Stockholm University. The group trains university staff in Ladok and provides advice and support to operations regarding student documentation matters.
We are looking for you who are analytical, structured, and have experience working with the Ladok student documentation system. We offer you an stimulating workplace with varied tasks and the opportunity to work remotely a few days a week.

Job Description
You will work both as a team leader and as a systems specialist/system administrator in the ongoing work. The main tasks include offering professional user support to operations, leading and distributing work within the team, and you are expected to participate in other common tasks within the Student Services Department. As a team leader, you are involved in the daily operational activities within the Ladok group and represent the operations in various internal and external contexts. You lead and distribute work within the team, prepare materials for operational planning, and drive issues related to operational development in close collaboration with the section manager. The role as team leader also includes certain personnel administrative tasks and handling, and raising if necessary, occupational health and safety issues.

The position is permanent, full-time, with a six-month probationary period. Stockholm University applies individual salary setting. Start date by agreement.
