Workplace Description
The HR unit in Farsta City District Administration is responsible for developing HR processes and implementing Stockholm City's HR strategies. The HR unit ensures that HR-related laws, agreements, and guidelines are followed. The HR unit supports the administration's managers in a consultative manner within the entire HR area; law and agreements, employee engagement and leadership, competence supply, salary review, work environment and rehabilitation, and collaboration.
The HR unit consists of four HR consultants, one HR administrator, and one HR manager. We sit in bright and pleasant premises right in the center of Farsta. With us, we have a welcoming atmosphere and a good work environment. The HR unit is characterized by collaboration and development, where we share knowledge.

Your Role

In your role as an HR consultant, you are offered a varied assignment where you work operationally and tactically to support managers and operations continuously within HR-related questions and processes. You will be the contact person for one of our operational areas where you provide consultative support in the employer role. Depending on experience and interest, you focus on one or more specialist areas. Within your specialist area, you drive administration-wide development work and design and implement information and training initiatives for managers and other target groups.

You are used to working independently and driving your work forward. Furthermore, you are good at collaborating and creating good relationships. You have good communication skills and express yourself clearly in Swedish in both speech and writing.
