JENSEN komvux (distance education) is now looking for several people who want to help out at our exam sessions as invigilators. This job is suitable for you if you are looking for a part-time job, have the ability to step in with short notice, and are reliable and stable.

Tasks and responsibilities

As an invigilator, you supervise a room with students for a number of hours, and you are expected to be able to both assist and intervene if a student, for example, were to cheat during the exam. You will need to play an audio file for listening comprehension, and in some cases read instructions aloud to students.

You should also be familiar with handling confidential exams according to the Swedish National Agency for Education's guidelines.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are respectful, friendly, calm, and not afraid to speak up. No specific education is required, but it is an advantage if you have completed upper secondary education. You need to be proficient in Swedish in both speech and writing; knowledge of multiple languages is an advantage.

You need to be able to work on weekdays, and it is important that you attend at the time you signed up for.
