We conduct Activity Capacity Assessments (AFU) on behalf of the Swedish Social Insurance Agency. Our team consists of specialist doctors, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, and medical secretaries. We are currently looking to temporarily strengthen our administrative team with a part-time administrator/receptionist.

Job Description

The primary responsibilities involve working at the reception and greeting our visitors. The role also includes other administrative tasks such as scanning documents into our medical record system, sorting case files, etc. You will work closely with our medical secretaries. As the receptionist, you are the first person our visitors meet, and you have a significant responsibility for being welcoming and providing professional customer service.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is motivated by providing a calm and trustworthy reception to our visitors. You work meticulously, follow the clinic's routines, and are accustomed to and enjoy collaborating with colleagues.

Requirements for the position:

  • Previous experience working in a reception within healthcare or a similar environment
  • Swedish language skills equivalent to at least level C
  • Good digital competence and experience working with various IT systems
  • Completed secondary education (high school diploma)

Merits:

  • Experience working with the medical record system "Take Care"

Employment Type

Hourly employment (Part-time).

Working hours: Daytime, Monday–Friday.

Start date: As agreed, during September 2026.

The position will be filled provided it does not need to be reserved for internal relocation, according to current regulations.

For patient-facing work within the Stockholm County Council (SLSO):

  • A register check is applied before the decision to employ, according to SLSO's overarching guidelines for register checks upon employment.
  • Employees who will have patient contact must undergo a pre-employment health examination, according to current directives, conducted through occupational health services before employment.
  • Good knowledge of the Swedish language equivalent to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) is required, in addition to Swedish professional licensure. The same requirements apply as guidelines for non-licensed staff with patient contact.
