From autumn 2026, Kilafors School is seeking a teacher of English and German. The position is divided into 70% teaching in English and 30% teaching in German. There is an opportunity to teach English and another subject instead of German, depending on your qualifications. The position is a permanent full-time employment with a start date in August 2026 or by agreement.

Kilafors School is a compulsory school (grades F-9) in Bollnäs Municipality, located close to beautiful nature with forests, meadows, and water that inspire play, creativity, and learning. We have pure classes in grades F-1 and 2-3, pure classes in grades 4, 5, and 6, as well as one class in grade 7, two classes in grade 8, and one class in grade 9. Responsibilities

As a compulsory school teacher, you will teach English and German, or another subject depending on your qualifications.

In addition to teaching, you will plan, conduct, evaluate, and analyze the pedagogical work in accordance with the curriculum and current regulatory documents.

Through collaboration with other staff at the school, you will also work for the school's development and strive to create a good environment for both students and staff.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a certified teacher and qualified to teach English. We also see that you have qualifications in German or another subject in compulsory school.

Particular importance is attached to personal qualities, such as the ability to collaborate with students, guardians, and other adults, as well as being a good role model. Since you will be part of a work team together with colleagues, we see that you are a person with good responsibility and collaboration skills.
