About the position

Patients requiring examination by doctors, nurses, and assistant nurses specialized in cardiovascular care are referred to the Cardiovascular Clinic in Solna. Our medical units in Solna consist of Cardiology, Vascular Surgery, and Thoracic Surgery.

As a Healthcare Administrator, your tasks include booking, calling, and care planning for our patients in Take Care, as well as handling cases in Tele Q, Alltid öppet, mail handling, and various administrative duties.

You will be employed within the Healthcare Administration Business Area, led by a head of healthcare administration. The unit brings together medical secretaries, executive assistants, and administrators within the Cardiovascular Centre.

This advertisement concerns a fixed-term position of approximately 55% located in Solna. Working hours are during the day, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Education as a healthcare administrator, medical secretary, or physician secretary
• At least 2 years of experience working as an administrator in healthcare within regional councils
• Good proficiency in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Basic IT skills

About the recruitment process

Selection may take place continuously during the application period. Interviews will begin after the summer holiday, in week 31.
