We are looking for a Business Developer specializing in SUA (Security-Covered Procurement) to join a government agency within the electricity sector.

This is a consulting assignment. The location is Stockholm.

The position is full-time.

The assignment involves close collaboration with the client, which places high demands on flexibility and teamwork.

The Assignment

The role involves driving and developing the organization's work within security-covered procurement, with a focus on creating efficient, high-quality, and long-term sustainable working methods. As a Business Developer, you are responsible for analyzing and improving processes, establishing structures for systematic security protection work, and contributing to the organization meeting the requirements of security protection legislation. The role also includes support and advice regarding security protection assessments, supplier assessments, and other issues related to supplier security.

Responsibilities

• Identify development needs and areas for improvement
• Map current working methods within the unit
• Establish and develop structures for systematic security protection work
• Support the organization in developing special security protection assessments and review them
• Conduct suitability tests and supplier assessments

Requirements (OBS, mandatory)

• You must have at least 5 years of work experience in security protection work, including work with the development, management, or follow-up of security protection processes at a strategic level.
• You must have at least 2 years of experience in business or process development within security protection, security operations, or other regulated activities.
• You must have at least 2 years of work experience in independently leading, planning, executing, and following up on projects.
• Good ability to express yourself in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.

Merits

• You should have at least 2 years of work experience from the public sector.
• You should have at least 2 years of work experience in change management.
• You should have at least 2 years of work experience in working with special security protection assessments.
• You should have at least 2 years of work experience in working with the exposure of security-sensitive operations.

Other Requirements

Security Check: Security check and register control are required.
