Job Description

Elinebergsskolan is now looking for a preschool to grade 3 teacher for the preschool class. You make a difference for our students by believing in their abilities and encouraging creativity and curiosity. You show and make it clear to each student that they can succeed in big and small things throughout the day.

Qualifications

We are looking for a driven, certified teacher with broad qualifications for preschool to grade 3 who wants to work towards higher goal achievement for our students in the preschool class. As a large school, we see all competencies as an asset to the big puzzle.

Your passion for creating learning and development for all students is inspiring. Based on your clear and conscious leadership and experience, you design an open and safe learning environment. As a teacher, you have the ability to consider both the individual child's needs and the group's opportunities.

You have strong integrity, high social competence, and a clear desire to develop yourself and the organization you work in together with colleagues and management. Collaboration with parents and colleagues to create the best conditions for every student is seen as an opportunity.

You see collegial learning and joint assessment as a success factor, both for you and the organization. You enjoy laughing, thinking, and trying new things together with colleagues and students. Offering yourself and being curious about what others contribute is seen as a matter of course.

For you, modern technology is a natural choice in your role as a pedagogue, and you use digital tools for knowledge seeking, communication, creation, and learning.
