Job Description

As a vocational teacher, you work to ensure that students develop their full potential – both academically and socially. You support, motivate, and stimulate each student to meet the knowledge requirements based on their individual prerequisites, preparing them for their future professional roles. Your duties include planning, teaching, and assessment, as well as evaluating and developing the pedagogical activities in accordance with the school's governing documents.

We are a learning organization that promotes knowledge exchange, placing you in an environment characterized by collegial learning and development. Together with colleagues, you work to create a good learning and working environment for both students and staff. You also contribute to the school's quality and development work.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Trained vocational teacher with eligibility in Sales and Service. Alternatively, completed education in the relevant teaching area at upper secondary or academic level, as deemed relevant by the employer.
• Several years of professional experience from the current industry and very good subject knowledge.
• Experience in using digital tools for communication and pedagogy.
• Very good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Merits:

• Experience teaching in the field of Sales and Service.
• Experience teaching in exposure and practical marketing.
• Experience in other teaching/pedagogical work.

We are looking for someone who is confident in the role of a vocational teacher and who creates good conditions for students' learning and development. You adapt your teaching to the prerequisites and prior knowledge of the student and the group through a creative approach and excellent pedagogical skills.

Your work style is characterized by good structure, and you prioritize and organize tasks efficiently. Furthermore, you contribute to good collaborations and communicate openly, clearly, and listen attentively to your surroundings. You understand how students' backgrounds, culture, and previous experiences affect learning and interaction, and you create an inclusive learning environment where everyone has the opportunity to succeed.
