Job Description

As a teacher, you work to ensure that students reach their full potential – both academically and socially. You support, motivate, and stimulate each student to meet the knowledge requirements based on their individual prerequisites. Your duties include planning, teaching, and assessment, as well as evaluating and developing the pedagogical operations in accordance with the school's governing documents.

We are a learning organization that promotes knowledge exchange, placing you in an environment characterized by collegial learning and development. Together with colleagues, you work to create a good learning and working environment for both students and staff. You also contribute to the school's quality and development work.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Teaching certification
  • Eligibility to teach Danish at the upper secondary level
  • Experience using digital tools for communication and pedagogy
  • Good understanding of the school's goals and governing documents
  • Very good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Merits:

  • Eligibility to teach other subjects
  • Experience teaching Danish
  • Experience in other teaching or pedagogical work.

We are looking for someone who is confident in the teaching role and creates good conditions for students' learning and development. You adapt your teaching to the prerequisites and prior knowledge of the student and the group through a creative approach and strong pedagogical skills.

Your working style is characterized by good structure, and you prioritize and organize tasks efficiently. Furthermore, you contribute to good collaborations and communicate openly, clearly, and listen attentively to your surroundings. You also understand how students' backgrounds, culture, and group affiliation affect learning, and you create an inclusive learning environment where all students have the opportunity to succeed.
