We are an F-9 school (grades 1-9) with Montessori pedagogy located in central Kristianstad.

We are looking for a qualified educator for the academic year 2026/2027, starting in August 2026, for a position in the first year (F-1).

We are now seeking you who have a strong commitment to developing modern Montessori pedagogy. At a Montessori Mondial school, the teacher is expected to have prepared the learning environment for the students or the student group they are responsible for.

This entails:

• ensuring that the materials students need are available.
• ensuring the environment is appealing and clear, meaning it is orderly and tidy.
• ensuring the learning environment offers various opportunities for workstations.
• ensuring the environment allows students to move around the classroom without disturbing their peers.

As an educator, you should build clear and professional relationships with all your students, act as a leader in the classroom, and have high expectations for student learning.

We are currently looking for you who are qualified to teach at the lower primary level. You need to be calm, systematic, clear, and low-affective in your interaction with students, and truly believe in their ability to do the right thing when given the chance. You are well-versed in our governing documents and student learning, and the development of teaching is your primary and greatest focus, in harmony with student well-being.

Collaborating in work teams is second nature to us, and we make each other better.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a certified teacher with qualifications to teach at the lower primary level.

You can balance different demands and maintain calm in difficult situations. You have the ability to work together with others to perform tasks and achieve goals.
