About us

Mattias Trafikskola is an established driving school that has been operating in Ludvika since the 1990s.

We currently consist of four driving instructors and one receptionist who train and support future license holders from all over Sweden. We currently offer training for categories AM, B, B96/BE.

About the role

As a driving instructor with us, you will:

• Plan and conduct driving lessons for students with different prerequisites and needs.
• Support and motivate students on their journey towards their driver's license.
• Contribute to a positive work environment and collaborate with colleagues to develop our operations.
• Occasionally lead theory lessons, introductory courses, and risk training.

We are looking for you who:

• Hold a valid driving instructor certificate and are approved as a driving instructor by the Swedish Transport Agency (Transportstyrelsen).
• Have a pedagogical and flexible attitude.
• Are responsible and have a genuine interest in helping others develop.
• Have good communication skills and enjoy meeting different types of people.
• Fluently speak and write Swedish (additional languages are a plus).
