Lidhemsskolan is looking for a teacher for grades 4–6!

We are now looking for you who are a teacher for grades 4–6 at Lidhemsskolan.

Your responsibilities

Your responsibilities involve planning, implementing, and evaluating work individually and together with other educators at the school, according to the school's governing documents and with our vision in mind. You will conduct your own teaching and collaborate closely with other educators in the operation. The role also includes being a mentor for a class.

As a teacher, you work to promote each student's development and learning. It is your responsibility to build good relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. You serve as an adult role model for all students at the school.

Your qualifications

We are looking for you who have teacher education and teacher certification for grades 4–6. If you have previous work experience as a teacher, this is an advantage.

To succeed and thrive with us, you need to have good collaboration skills, be receptive, and easily able to put yourself in other people's perspectives. You need to be secure in yourself, stable, and have good self-awareness.

It is important in the role that you have a well-developed pedagogical ability. You have a good understanding of how children and young people acquire knowledge and about different prerequisites for learning. It is also important that you are flexible and can easily adapt to changed circumstances in the operation.

Other information

The positions are subject to register checks. Applicants must provide a certificate of good conduct from the police before employment begins.
