As an acting registrar and archive assistant, you are part of the Office and Support Unit, which belongs to the HR, Support, and Urban Environment Department. We are a support and service function for the administration's core operations. The department works to provide a quality-assured and efficient work process within the administration by coordinating, planning, and following up on several cross-administrative processes. We are located in offices near the Slakthusområdet area.

You will be part of a unit of approximately 12 people led by a unit manager. The unit consists of, among others, a registry office, archivist, file expedition, data protection officer, environmental and climate coordinator, security coordinator, investigators, and case handlers.

Your role

We are looking for a registrar/archive assistant to cover a parental leave for the regular registrar, offering varied and enjoyable work. In your role, you will be an important part of the internal service in the administration building.

You will be primarily responsible for the work in the registry office and will handle standard registrar tasks. You will provide both practical and advisory support within the administration regarding the diariing and registration of public documents. You will coordinate and handle the release of public documents. You assess and handle information based on relevant legislation and other regulations. The position involves handling confidential information.

You will also work in the daily operations of the administration's file expedition, handling social services files.

Your competence and experience

We are looking for someone who has:

  • At least a high school diploma.
  • Experience working in a registry office.

The following are meritorious:

  • Education within registry office operations.
  • Experience working as an archive assistant or similar.
  • Experience with the document and case management system eDok (Platina).

You plan and organize in a structured and efficient manner and meet set deadlines. In the work, it is important to be meticulous with the ability to see details. We believe you are service-oriented and show interest, willingness, and ability to help others in situations.
