Do you want to work in an organization where financial decisions impact major technology projects, investments, and future development? We are now looking for an experienced Business Controller for an exciting consulting assignment with one of Sweden's most advanced technology organizations.

In this role, you will become a strategic partner to business leaders and managers. You will work closely with decision-makers and contribute with analyses, financial control, and insights that create the conditions for the right priorities and long-term value creation.

This is an assignment for you who thrive when finance meets operations and who want to influence, not just report.

As a Business Controller, you will have overall responsibility for financial planning, follow-up, and analysis within a larger business unit. You will work with everything from budgeting and forecasting to investment assessments, resource management, and business development.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Drive budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with the business
• Challenge and support managers in financial and commercial decisions
• Analyze cost development, resource utilization, and investments
• Prepare decision support materials and presentations for management
• Monitor the business's financial results and identify areas for improvement
• Contribute to the development and digitalization of financial processes
• Be a key figure in change and improvement initiatives

The role involves many interfaces and close collaboration with both business leadership and other financial functions.

• Has several years of experience in Business Controlling, Financial Controlling, or a similar qualified finance role
• Is accustomed to working with budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and business follow-up
• Has experience from larger organizations with complex operations
• Is confident in presenting financial analyses to managers and decision-makers
• Thrives in an advisory role where you can combine analysis with commercial acumen

• Start: Mid-August
• Assignment duration: Initially until the turn of the year
• Scope: Full-time
• Location: Solna, with some flexibility possible
• Security clearance will be conducted
