Krokom's Staffing Pool is a substitute staff pool that meets the temporary and urgent need for short-term substitutes within healthcare and social services, preschools, and after-school centers throughout the municipality.

In order to create secure employment conditions and meet the operational needs for short-term substitutes, we are now looking for a Recruiter. We offer you an exciting role where you will have the opportunity to take ownership and help us develop our recruitment process.

Together with your colleagues, you will also be responsible for appointing summer substitutes for the Social Services Administration.

The Social Services Administration consists of 600 employees, with a broad range of assignments. The administration is divided into five operational areas and is located throughout the municipality. Here, we are responsible for providing healthcare, social care, support, services, and health and medical care to the municipality's citizens who need it, at all stages of life.

A day as a Recruiter at the Staffing Pool

As a Recruiter, you will continuously work with recruiting hourly substitute staff and be responsible for recruiting holiday substitutes. The work consists largely of selection, interviews, and administration of the recruitment, employment, and salary-setting process.

Your direct manager is the Business Manager.

Your Competence

Requirements for the position:

• You have an academic degree with a focus on personnel and working life, or another academic education combined with experience considered equivalent.
• You have good communication skills and are relationship-building, as the position involves many contact points within the organization.
• You have a strong sense of service and enjoy working independently while maintaining engagement.
• You have good self-awareness and a willingness to contribute to operational development.
• You have good organizational and collaborative skills.
• You express yourself well in speech and writing.
• You have a driver's license for passenger vehicles.

Merits for the position:

• You have previous experience in recruitment and administration.

Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.

The position is permanent and full-time (100 %).
