Do you want to work with compensation issues in a role that involves investigation and decision-making? We are looking for a case handler who wants to contribute to legally secure processes and strengthened control activities. Together, we get Sweden to work. Do you want to be one of us?
The Section's Mission
We are a section consisting of 20 employment mediators, and we are now looking for two qualified case handlers to coordinate the section's tasks related to preventing incorrect payments. The department is responsible for the agency's contact with job seekers who have a certain need for support in spontaneous and booked remote meetings. The assignment includes assessing, handling, deciding on, and following up on support for these job seekers. This includes several program decisions with suppliers.
This responsibility includes control work (controls before, during, and after decisions) for the control objects: job seekers, employers, and suppliers. The section will have a special responsibility to follow up and drive development, efficiency, and learning in this area.
The section supports the department in its core mission, where we are close to the operations to develop and improve the department's control of job seekers in order to strengthen the functioning of the labor market, prevent incorrect payments, and counteract welfare fraud. We do this, among other things, by using a process-oriented approach to create conditions for the uniform and legally secure application of regulations, as well as developing an efficient follow-up process for decisions. The same applies to regulations regarding compensation to participants and suppliers in labor market policy measures and programs.
