Job Description

We are currently seeking Archive Administrators for assignments within Region Skåne, located in Malmö and Helsingborg. The assignments typically last at least 6 months, with immediate start in Malmö and week 33 in Helsingborg.

As an Archive Administrator, you will work in a service-oriented and structured role where you handle cases, documents, and digital systems. Your main tasks will primarily involve scanning patient records. You will receive and sort mail, categorize and verify all documents before scanning them into the internal scanning system, followed by self-checking. Duties may also include:

• Sorting and categorizing incoming mail
• Scanning and quality assurance of documents in the system
• Some telephone and customer contact with the public, authorities, and internal stakeholders

You will become part of a team but will work independently in your specific tasks.

Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you need:

• A completed upper secondary education
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Good computer skills and experience working with various digital systems and the Office suite
• Ability to work carefully, structured, with high integrity, and a focus on quality and confidentiality
• An interest in working with administrative tasks

The following qualifications are highly meritorious:

• Experience in administrative work
• Familiarity with document handling, document release, or confidentiality assessments
• Experience working with multiple parallel IT systems
• Work with quality assurance of information or scanning/digitization
