We are now looking for a business-driven accounting consultant who wants to become a key player in the next phase of the company's growth journey.

💼 About the role

This is a qualified and business-oriented accounting consultant role with clear customer responsibility. Through efficient and partially outsourced workflows, the proportion of traditional ongoing bookkeeping is reduced. Instead, the focus is on year-end accounts, reporting, analysis, and advisory. You are expected not only to deliver reports but to turn figures into insights.

You will primarily work with small and medium-sized, entrepreneur-led and owner-led companies, where you act as a reliable economic sounding board and advisor. You will step into a strategic and developmental role with significant influence, becoming an important key player in a tight-knit team that values collaboration, knowledge sharing, and short decision-making paths.

📊 Responsibilities

• Annual accounts and annual reports
• Reporting, analysis, and financial follow-up
• Budgeting, forecasting, and key performance indicator (KPI) work
• Holding advisory client meetings
• Identifying efficiency and development opportunities
• Participating in the development of internal processes and working methods

🎯 We are looking for you who:

• Have 2-5 years of experience as an accounting consultant and are confident in year-end accounts and annual reports
• Have a completed post-secondary education in economics and accounting
• Have worked in a consultative capacity, preferably with entrepreneur-led companies
• Have a clear business interest and are driven by creating value for the customer
• Have strong analytical skills and enjoy taking on an advisory role where you challenge, suggest, and improve
• Are comfortable with systems and have experience with Fortnox
• Communicate fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing
