AudioNova is looking for a Front Office team member interested in working with customer reception in our store at our clinic in Malmö, alongside our current Front Office and audiologist colleagues. This role is crucial to our clinics, making it a significant position to take on. Do you want to be part of our success and well-being?

About the role

The position is a permanent full-time employment with a 6-month probation period, working hours Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:30.

The role of Front Office at AudioNova is a delightful mix of being the face of the company and delivering excellent service to customers in our store, combined with handling administrative tasks. Therefore, it is important that you are service-oriented and can quickly switch between back-office tasks and taking care of our customers at the counter. The work requires a strong sense of teamwork with the customer in focus.

The work is always conducted in line with current objectives and regulations, as well as in line with Sonova's values: WeCare, WeDriveInnovation, WeStriveForExcellence, WeTakeAccountability, WeBuildTheBestTeam.

Examples of tasks:

• Customer reception
• Telephone switchboard
• Bookings
• Invoicing
• Receipting and cash register duties
• Troubleshooting and basic servicing of hearing aids and assistive devices

About you

We are looking for someone with a strong sense of teamwork who can deliver good customer service. You have good communication skills and are easy to build good relationships with. As we are part of a global group, we expect you to master Swedish and English in both speech and writing.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have experience from customer work, administration, and telephone switchboard, as well as a high sense of service. It is also important to be able to prioritize and work towards both personal and common goals.

Furthermore, it is expected that you can independently prioritize and structure tasks while being a good team colleague, with requirements for flexibility both as a person and in your role.
