As a Meeting Booker at Voxera AB, you are the spearhead of our sales team. You are the first voice our customers hear — and the one that decides if they want to know more. Your job is to spark interest, qualify customers, and book meetings for our salespeople.

In simple terms: you open doors. We walk through them together.

Your daily routine consists of:

• Calling corporate customers and presenting Voxera's services
• Identifying the right decision-makers and sparking their interest
• Booking qualified meetings for the sales team
• Following up on booked meetings
• Registering contacts and activities in our system

We are looking for someone who is:

• Communicative — you thrive on the phone and let it show
• Resilient — you know it's about holding on, not just enduring
• Positive — a 'no' doesn't depress you; it sharpens you
• Driven — you set your own goals and exceed them
• Structured — you juggle many contacts without dropping the ball

Never worked in meeting booking before? No problem. The right attitude is all we require — we'll teach you the rest.
