Indoor Center Manager - Helsingborg Indoor Golf

At Indoor Golf Group, we make golf accessible, social, and developmental – regardless of weather, season, or skill level. We are now looking for an Indoor Center Manager who wants to combine golf, service, sales, and leadership in a role with significant autonomy.

About the Role

As Indoor Center Manager, you are responsible for the daily operations of the center. You ensure that customers receive a first-class experience while simultaneously developing sales, leading staff, and creating activities that drive engagement.

The role is both operational and business-driven. One moment you are helping a customer get started with TrackMan, the next you are planning an event, following up on sales, or leading the team towards common goals.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Ensure high quality in daily operations
• Create a welcoming customer experience
• Develop sales of memberships, tee times, events, and corporate packages
• Lead and develop the center team
• Plan local activities and collaborations

Experience with TrackMan, simulator golf, service, events, retail, or sales is advantageous but not required.
