At Victoriahem, Customer Service is one of our most important functions. Many of the first and most crucial impressions of us as a landlord and company are formed here. Therefore, we are now looking for an engaged leader who wants to help create a customer service characterized by high quality, accessibility, and a genuine commitment to our results.

About the role

As Team Leader, you are the natural focal point in the daily work. You support, coach, and inspire the team while ensuring that operations run smoothly and that our tenants and other stakeholders receive the service they expect from us.

You play a key role in creating structure, job satisfaction, and a shared focus on quality and results. You monitor operations, identify opportunities for improvement, and actively contribute to developing both working methods and employees.

This is a role for you who enjoys being close to the operations, likes solving problems, and gains energy from helping others succeed.

Your profile

We believe you are someone who creates engagement around you. You have an easy time building relationships, communicate clearly, and have the ability to build trust among colleagues, tenants, and other stakeholders. You enjoy taking responsibility, making decisions, and getting things done. At the same time, you are unpretentious and are happy to step up where needed so that the team can succeed together.

Perhaps you currently work in customer service and are ready to take the next step in your development? Or maybe you already have experience leading and coaching others and want to continue developing in an operation that never stands still.

We believe you have

• Experience from customer service or other customer-facing operations
• Experience in supporting, coaching, or leading others
• A strong customer focus and a genuine interest in creating results
• Good system proficiency and experience with digital tools
• Fluent communication in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
