About the role
This is a consulting assignment with good opportunities for permanent employment. In this role, you will initially be employed by Bravura, and it is explicitly stated that our client intends to offer you a permanent position with them in the future. Responsibilities
In this role, you will handle administrative tasks related to customer and supplier invoices within domestic transport. You will manage and follow up on discrepancies where charges do not go through the systems automatically, which means you check the underlying data, troubleshoot causes, and ensure the information is correct before further processing. The work also involves compiling and processing data in Excel, often based on data from various sources such as customer data and emails. You work at the interface between finance and logistics and collaborate closely with order and booking administration, stepping in for cases that require manual handling. The role requires a structured approach as the workload may vary and sometimes involve handling large amounts of data.
You start with an introduction where you gain an understanding of working methods and systems before gradually working more independently.
- Work with customer and supplier invoices, and handle and follow up on discrepancies where charges do not go through the systems automatically
- Check underlying data, troubleshoot causes of discrepancies, and ensure information is correct before further processing
- Compile and process data in Excel, and collaborate with order and booking administration in cases requiring manual handling
Education, experience, and personal qualities
- Completed upper secondary education, preferably with a focus on economics
- Experience in administrative work
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Fluent in Swedish (written and spoken) and good knowledge of English
As a person, you are meticulous and structured, and you enjoy administrative tasks. You like working with numbers and understanding why something doesn't match, rather than just correcting it. Furthermore, you are flexible in your working style and appreciate collaborating with others in daily life.
