We are now looking for an experienced Business Analyst and Project Manager for a strategic assignment within Region Västernorrland's healthcare information environment. Here you will have the opportunity to lead complex investigations, business-close implementations, and projects related to Cosmic – Sweden's leading healthcare information system.

This is a key role for you who combine deep business understanding with strong project management skills and experience navigating complex healthcare and IT environments.

About the assignment

Region Västernorrland is looking for a senior consultant to work as a Business Analyst and Project Manager within Cosmic-related initiatives and investigations.

The assignment includes responsibility for project planning, budget, delivery management, risk management, and business-close implementation. The role involves driving several parallel activities simultaneously and ensuring that projects are delivered according to set goals, schedules, and quality requirements.

You will also collaborate with various parts of the business and contribute to the joint SUSSA work, where experience with national collaboration initiatives is highly meritorious.

This is an ongoing and business-critical project where continuity, quality, and experience are crucial for success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

✓ Lead business-close implementations within Cosmic
Plan, coordinate, and drive implementation initiatives in close collaboration with healthcare operations.

✓ Responsible for project management
Ensure project plans, delivery plans, budget monitoring, and goal achievement.

✓ Conduct and lead investigations
Analyze business needs, processes, and system support, and produce decision-making materials.

✓ Handle several parallel initiatives
Coordinate different projects, deliveries, and investigations simultaneously in a complex environment.

✓ Risk management and quality assurance
Identify risks, follow up on actions, and ensure delivery quality throughout the project's lifecycle.

✓ Collaborate within SUSSA
Contribute to regional and national collaborations regarding the development of healthcare information systems.

✓ Operational participation in analyses and deliveries
Combine strategic project management with practical business-close work.

We believe you have

• Several years of experience as a project manager within healthcare, eHealth, or the public sector

• Extensive experience in Business Analysis and business development

• Documented experience of implementations within Cosmic

• Experience working within SUSSA or similar national collaboration initiatives

• Very good understanding of healthcare information systems and healthcare processes

• Extensive experience in system testing and quality assurance

• Good technical understanding and experience in integration-related work

• Experience with Java is meritorious

• Ability to handle several parallel projects and deliveries

• Very good communication skills in Swedish

• Ability to build trust with both operations and IT
