We are now looking for a student assistant who primarily works at the individual level with the aim of creating and strengthening a good learning environment where student development is the focus.

Your role

The work is varied and requires both flexibility, responsibility, and a genuine interest in people.

As a student assistant, you will:

• Support student(s) in their school day
• Provide support and stimulation based on individual needs
• Collaborate with teachers, guardians, student health services, and school management
• Plan, implement, and evaluate activities

Your knowledge and experience

We are looking for you who have an interest in working with young people and want them to succeed. We place great emphasis on your ability to meet students based on their conditions and needs, as well as your ability to collaborate with colleagues and students' guardians.

You have good knowledge of meeting students' different needs and have a good ability to build good relationships and motivate students in their schoolwork and life situation. You work with a positive approach and have the ability to create a good working climate.

It is an advantage if you have previous experience of working in a school and good knowledge of various neuropsychiatric disabilities.
