As a Nature and Agriculture teacher with us, you step into a dynamic and engaging role where theory meets practical action. You will plan, conduct, and develop teaching within the subjects of Nature and Agriculture and Companion Animals. Your daily life will be filled with meetings with students who share your great interest in animals and nature.

Together with a driven and supportive team of teacher colleagues, you create a safe, educational, and inspiring environment. The position is a temporary contract for 80% during the upcoming school year, but for the right person, there are good opportunities for extension. Here you get room to turn your passion for companion animals into pedagogical and exciting lessons – both in the classroom and in our upcoming practical learning environments.

Here is who we are looking for

We are looking for you who have strong professional competence within nature and agriculture with a special focus on companion animals, and we would prefer that you are a certified teacher or have pedagogical education. If you have previous experience of teaching or work within the animal industry, it is highly meritorious. Since our vocational program is Animal Care – Work with Dogs, it is a clear bonus if you have a special soft spot for dogs and enjoy having four-legged elements in everyday life.

Just as important as your formal competence is your personality. We are looking for a safe and engaged leader in the classroom who has a natural ability to build good relationships with young people. You are flexible, solution-oriented, and enjoy collaborating in a team, while also having a structured way of working. Your drive and pedagogical mission are about seeing each individual student, awakening their curiosity, and guiding them towards their goals.
