About the Job

Do you want to help train future assistant nurses with a health focus? We are now looking for an engaged and experienced care teacher who wants to contribute to providing our students with a solid and meaningful education and support their personal development.

About the Position

As a care teacher, you are responsible for planning, teaching, and assessment within care and nursing subjects. You will work both theoretically and practically with the participants, helping them develop the knowledge and skills required in the profession.

The education program is in its early stages, where a key part will be building relationships with care institutions and supervisors to collaborate on practical placements.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• has a teacher education with a focus on care and nursing
• has professional experience as an assistant nurse or registered nurse
• has good pedagogical and relational skills, is confident in your leadership, and has an interest in working with adult education
• is responsible and flexible, sees solutions instead of getting stressed, is confident, and enjoys collaboration
• has a Folk High School Teacher Diploma and experience working at a Folk High School (meritorious)
• has a Registered Nurse education (meritorious)

Scope and Start Date

The position is 75–100% with a start date of August 10th.
