Education Assistant Nyköping

YrkesAkademin is looking for an Education Assistant in Nyköping. As an education assistant within the transport training program, you will serve as a support in the participants' study environment. To thrive in this role, we see that you are outgoing, flexible, and social. You see opportunities where others might see problems. You are detail-oriented, take great responsibility for your tasks, and are eager to help and support colleagues where needed. You must be self-sufficient and have the ability and courage to take initiative. In this recruitment, we place great emphasis on your personal qualities. Your responsibilities include, for example:

• Serving as practical support for participants in their studies
• Supporting participants with study techniques
• Coaching participants towards set goals

The position is permanent and full-time, with a 6-month probationary period.

Your Profile

• Good pedagogical skills
• Category B driver's license is desirable
• If you are also a certified YKB teacher approved by the Swedish Transport Agency, it is a big plus but not a requirement.
