Welcome to Stigtomta School, which is part of Principal Area D together with Råby School and Släbroskolan in Nyköping. Stigtomta School has a holistic view of learning that permeates the entire operation, including preschool class, school, and after-school care.

We are looking for a music teacher who wants to make a positive difference in the students' lifelong learning. Responsibilities

Stigtomta School is seeking a music teacher who wants to make a positive difference in the students' lifelong learning. You will work in grades 4-6 and be part of a team where you are expected to actively contribute with a solution- and result-oriented approach. You will work together with teaching colleagues, support pedagogues, and after-school staff. Your joint mission is to lead and support the students in their musical development.

Your daily work includes standard teaching duties within the subject of music.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who want to develop the pedagogical work around our students. You are creative, dare to think new thoughts, and are driven by developing children's talents. You have a student focus and support students in their knowledge development.

We are looking for you who have a big heart for students and their needs, an inclusive perspective, and the ability to see how the individual student's needs are best met. You have a good ability to work with safety and study peace. You have clear pedagogical insight and the ability to translate the goals of the curriculum into your daily work. You are goal- and result-oriented, have good leadership qualities, are low-affective in your handling, are flexible, and collaborate towards the organization's common goals.

The position requires that you master Swedish well in both speech and writing, and have experience in planning and teaching.

We prefer that you have a teaching license and are qualified to teach up to grade 6.
