P.E. Teacher with Possibility to Work in After-School Center – Nyköping

The Education Division has over 1,900 employees, and together we work to provide children, young people, and adults with a good education. Our focus is to stimulate students' learning and development based on their own prerequisites. We are responsible for, among other things, 31 preschools, 17 primary schools, adapted primary schools, Nyköping Upper Secondary School, adapted upper secondary schools, as well as adult education at Campus Nyköping.

Nyköping is developing; construction is happening like never before, more people are choosing to move here, and our school organization is growing. We are now looking for a P.E. teacher who can also teach at the after-school center.

Responsibilities

We are looking for you who, as part of a team, want to help develop the pedagogical work regarding our students in the after-school centers. Based on the central content of the curriculum, you will create a meaningful, creative, and inspiring after-school program, utilizing knowledge in playful, creative, and language-developing approaches. We want our operations to be characterized by a positive outlook, and we have strong confidence in the students' competencies. You collaborate with guardians, other educators, the student health team, and school leadership to provide students with a good education. You document your own and the department's pedagogical work and results in various ways.

During school hours, you teach P.E., and in the afternoons, you work at the after-school center. Brandkärrsskolan has a strong "we-thinking" culture within the staff, with good collaboration regarding teaching and our students.

Qualifications

We are looking for you with a teaching license in P.E. and/or the after-school center.

It is a given for us that you place the student and the student's success at the center.

You need to have stable leadership skills, as well as good organizational and collaborative abilities.
