Responsibilities

In the role, you are responsible for teaching based on your qualifications and the school's needs. With your experience and competence, the position will involve close collaboration with colleagues throughout the school. The position includes:

  • Mentorship for students in grade 6 together with a colleague.
  • Responsibility for pedagogical planning, teaching, evaluation, pedagogical documentation, and assessments.
  • Systematic work to develop teaching based on the students' needs in the group.
  • Create good learning and accessible learning environments for students, both in groups and individually.
  • Teamwork occurs both with colleagues in the same grade and in the working group for grades 4-6. We create teams where everyone contributes to the whole based on their competencies, support each other collegially, and share knowledge, ideas, and thoughts for improvement.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

  • Are a certified teacher for grades 4-6 with qualifications in Swedish and Social Studies, but we would prefer that you have a broad teaching qualification.
  • Have high digital competence and a commitment to sharing with colleagues.
  • Have a genuine interest in students' learning and are willing to challenge yourself in your own learning.
  • Create varied and inclusive teaching that makes a difference for students.
  • Meet students where they are and, by inspiring, motivating, and adapting, help them develop their knowledge and social skills.
