Do you want to help secure the capacity of tomorrow's transmission grids? In this role, you step into a key position with a critical infrastructure actor in the energy sector, where major reinvestments and new construction of series compensation facilities are being carried out at a fast pace.

You will become the senior technical specialist in FACTS with a clear responsibility to coordinate technical matters throughout the entire project execution. The role suits you if you thrive near complex infrastructure, supplier dialogues, and crucial technical decisions, and if you want to contribute your experience in both ongoing and upcoming facility projects. • You monitor that facilities are built according to the technical requirements.
• You review the contractor's technical documentation and ensure that the materials meet the correct quality standards.
• You participate in contractor inspections and contribute your specialist competence in crucial project phases.
• You participate in the contractor's testing, including FAT and SAT.
• You drive technical issues internally and in dialogue with suppliers during execution.
• You act as a technical coordinator between internal stakeholders and external parties.
• You provide specialist support in several projects with similar roles and responsibilities when needed.

• At least 15 years of work experience in the FACTS technology area.
• At least 10 years of experience in commissioning series compensation facilities in a leading position.
• At least 10 years of experience in building control systems for series compensation facilities.
• At least 5 years of experience as a technical specialist for facility projects representing the client.
• You speak and write Swedish and English fluently.
• You work independently and goal-oriented, have good collaboration skills, and communicate clearly.
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not accepted).

• At least 5 years of experience in troubleshooting software-based control systems.
• At least 2 years of experience in electrical design for FACTS facilities.
