Micromatic is expanding and we are now looking for another engaged Quality Technician. If you are motivated by quality work and thrive in a role where precision is the focus, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities

• Quality Inspection: Perform inspection of parts to ensure they meet customer specifications and drawing documentation.

• Measurement and Control: Use precision measuring equipment to verify dimensions and tolerances, as well as document deviations.

• Process Improvement: Contribute to identifying and implementing improvements in quality controls and inspection processes.

• Reporting: Document and report quality deviations and participate in root cause analysis together with the production team.

About You

We are looking for you who have an unpretentious approach and are motivated by developing both yourself and the company together with your colleagues. To succeed in the role, we believe you have:

• Experience working in quality control and measurement technology from roles such as Quality Technician, Metrology Technician, or CNC Programmer.

• A structured and meticulous work approach, with an eye for detail and a high standard for quality.

• The ability to work independently, but you also enjoy working in a team and contributing to continuous improvements.

At Micromatic, we currently have about 20 engaged employees in the workshop, and we offer a positive and inspiring work environment. Our workplace is located in Sollentuna with proximity to both bus and commuter train, as well as ample parking facilities.
