About the role In this role as a Building Technician, you will work in a unique and challenging environment, which requires high levels of responsibility regarding safety, flexibility, precision, and planning. The position includes among other things:

• Take responsibility for and personally perform most technical tasks, such as preventive, corrective, and planned maintenance.
• Perform HVAC/plumbing work and contribute your expertise in the field.
• Submit proposals for improvements, changes, energy-saving measures, etc.
• Maintain contact and provide feedback to the client/orderer.
• Collaborate with other operations staff and specialists.

• At least 3 years of experience in technical building operations.
• Documented HVAC/plumbing competence.
• Education in property management or equivalent competence acquired through several years of experience.
• Experience working independently in various types of properties.
• A valid driver's license (Category B).
