We are now looking for a Junior Project Manager for an exciting consultancy assignment with one of our clients. The assignment runs until February 2027 with good opportunities for extension.

As a Junior Project Manager, you will join the client's project organization and be responsible for the execution of small to medium-sized customer projects. The projects vary from standardized solutions to more customized deliveries and cover areas such as design, procurement, manufacturing, testing, and commissioning.

You will also coordinate key components and activities within ongoing projects and ensure that projects are delivered according to schedule, budget, and agreed scope.

• Lead and coordinate small to medium-sized customer projects
• Ensure customer requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate project activities between various internal and external stakeholders
• Monitor project budget, costs, and financial goals
• Plan, prioritize, and drive projects forward towards set goals
• Identify and manage risks and propose solutions
• Motivate and support the project team in daily work
• Report project status to relevant parties

• Experience in technical project management or project coordination
• Ability to coordinate multiple activities in parallel
• Good understanding of economics, budget monitoring, and cost control
• Experience working with customer requirements and customer dialogues
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English

• Work in a structured, methodical, and solution-oriented manner
• Have the ability to make decisions and drive projects forward
• Are clear in your communication and build trust with both customers and colleagues
• Enjoy collaborating with people and building long-term relationships
• Combine technical understanding with good leadership qualities
