About the role

This is a full-time consultancy position covering a parental leave, expected to last for at least 12 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at Dagab.

Responsibilities

As a Flow Planner at Dagab, you are responsible for ensuring optimal flows and purchasing levels within given frameworks. You handle both purchasing of own-manufactured products and products from other brands. In this role, you are assigned a specific number of suppliers and products that you are responsible for. You are expected to develop an understanding of your suppliers to build good relationships, gain knowledge about your articles and stock levels, and become proficient in the area. You manage your articles and make purchases daily. Different suppliers have different conditions, and there are some you buy from daily and others less frequently.

In the role of Flow Planner, you collaborate closely with your colleagues in the purchasing function to create the best possible conditions for well-stocked stores without interruptions in supply. Furthermore, you also collaborate with several different functions within the business, both externally and internally.

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Post-secondary education in fields such as economics, purchasing, logistics, or similar
• Good system and computer skills
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

We consider it meritorious if you also have:

• Experience within the grocery retail industry or similar work
• Knowledge of Excel and SAP

To succeed in the role, we believe you like to drive your own work forward and have the ability to work efficiently and solution-focused. Since you have multiple contact points both internally and externally, you thrive in collaboration with others and have good communication skills. Furthermore, you understand the importance of details in your work while having a good overall perspective to see connections and perform analyses. There is an understanding of your potential to learn and develop from the ground up. If you have an interest in the area and purchasing, a good sense for numbers, and enjoy working in systems, you can succeed even if you do not have long-term experience.
