Do you have experience drawing layouts in AutoCAD and want to work close to production at a high-tech company? Then this might be the job for you!

Our client's electronics production is facing a number of challenges ahead as their production volumes increase. Therefore, they are looking for an engineer with experience in industrialization who wants to contribute to future-proofing their flows and processes. As an Industrialization Engineer, you will play a central role in developing, optimizing, and driving improvements in production.

Your primary responsibility is to draw up the existing production layout in AutoCAD and, where applicable, analyze and optimize flows together with the operations team. The layout work also involves documenting all necessary infrastructure, such as connection points for electricity, data, cooling, compressed air, etc. Step 2 of the work involves drawing up the entire production facility in a new building. The work will be carried out in a project format together with internal colleagues as well as external technicians and architects.

In addition, the following tasks may also occur:

• Analysis and improvement of manufacturing flows: Mapping processes, identifying bottlenecks, and driving cost-effective improvements in production.
• Development and standardization: Ensuring continuous improvements through new working methods and techniques. Analyze, develop, and improve existing value-adding processes.
• Project Management: Plan, lead, and drive change and development projects within production.
• Industrialization: Contribute a production perspective during the development process and analyze product design for manufacturability. New Product Introduction (NPI).
• Investments: Analyze needs and execute production-related investments.

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Economics, Civil Engineering, Design, or equivalent.
• Have at least one year of experience working with AutoCAD or in production-related roles such as electronics production, logistics processes, production technology, etc.
• Have very good knowledge of AutoCAD, as the work requires you to independently draw up production layouts with associated building connections.
• Speak and write Swedish and English fluently, as both languages are used in your work.

Experience with Lean and improvement work is meritorious – accustomed to working with continuous improvements, eliminating waste, and creating efficient flows.

This is a consultancy assignment, meaning you will be employed by Friday with a good chance of extension.

The position requires you to undergo and pass security clearance according to current regulations. For positions where the client requires security classification, this may, in some cases, entail citizenship requirements.
