Do you want to drive the development of future energy solutions?
Chargebuddy is now looking for a Field Team Leader / Project Manager for a fast-growing, entrepreneurial company within electric vehicle charging and energy storage. Here you will play a key role in the delivery process, responsible for ensuring that installations are carried out efficiently, maintain high quality, and are delivered on time.
About Chargebuddy
Chargebuddy specializes in smart and sustainable charging and battery solutions for housing associations, businesses, property owners, and municipalities throughout Sweden.
Since its founding in 2019, the company has evolved from pure charging installations into a comprehensive energy company with a strong focus on energy storage. Today, the company delivers approximately 100–150 batteries per month and is one of the leading players in Sweden within its segment.
The operations are built on close collaboration with subcontractors, where structure, quality, and clear management are crucial success factors. The team consists of just over 20 employees with high ambition, a strong entrepreneurial spirit, and a clear sense of teamwork.
About the Role
As a Field Project Manager / Team Leader, you are responsible for driving installations from start to finished delivery. You take over projects once materials are ordered and ensure that installations are carried out according to plan, within the correct timeframe, and with the right quality. As a project manager, you are responsible for the project from approved notification to a fully commissioned facility. The role includes planning and ordering materials, as well as ensuring that installations are carried out according to the agreed schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
The role is operational and fast-paced, with daily contact with electricians, subcontractors, and customers. You act as a central coordinator during the installation phase and ensure that all parties deliver according to plan.
Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will among other things:
- Ensure that materials have been delivered correctly prior to installation
- Be the primary contact person for electricians and subcontractors in the field
- Manage and follow up on installations to ensure they are carried out according to plan
- Drive projects towards internal deadlines (5-day goals)
- Handle deviations and escalate when necessary
- Maintain ongoing dialogue with the customer during the installation phase
- Communicate proactively in case of delays or challenges
- Document status, deviations, and progress in the system
- Ensure installations are completed on time for invoicing
What We Offer
At Chargebuddy, you will have a central role in a rapidly growing company where you truly have the opportunity to influence both working methods and structure. You will step into an entrepreneurial environment with short decision-making paths and significant personal responsibility, where your work has a direct impact on delivery and customer experience.
The company offers excellent development opportunities for those who wish to grow together with the business. You will be based at a modern office in Solna with access to a gym and sauna, and become part of a team that values community – with regular kick-offs, company parties, and social activities. Of course, the package also includes 25 days of vacation as well as work tools such as a phone and computer.

You thrive in a role where much is happening and where you need to be both structured and quick in your approach. At the same time, you have a natural ability to create clarity and drive the work forward, even when multiple parties are involved.
You feel confident in dialogues with customers and can handle challenging situations in a professional manner.
