We are now looking for a Technical Property Manager who has a genuine interest in properties and wants to take overall responsibility for the economy, maintenance, and long-term development of the municipality's own property portfolio.

About the operations:

The Property Department is responsible for the entire lifecycle of the municipality's properties, from new construction and renovation to operation, maintenance, and development.

We manage approximately 150,000 square meters, primarily schools, preschools, and care residences. Environments that are crucial for everyday life to function. Here, the right priorities and decisions make a real difference, both in daily life and over time.

Our focus is on long-term sustainable management. This means we develop properties that meet both today's needs and future requirements for accessibility, flexibility, comfort, and energy efficiency.

We have broad competence in everything from lease agreements and technology to operations, security, and contractor collaborations. We work in a structured and data-driven manner, supported by digital tools such as Facilitate and Antura.

The Property Department is a relatively small organization where all employees help each other within our different areas.

Responsibilities:

In the role of Technical Property Manager, you work both strategically and operationally. You have primary responsibility for our operation monitoring systems (Larmia Evo Scada and Schneider Electric Struxureware) and for our energy optimization work.

You ensure that technical solutions work in everyday life and that faults are resolved together with the municipality's operations technicians and contracted contractors. You analyze and troubleshoot technical problems and are responsible for upgrades, migrations, etc.

In your assignment, you also have responsibility for energy optimization by continuously analyzing energy consumption and following up on deviations together with operations technicians and property managers.

You also ensure that the systems comply with internal security requirements and legislation.

As a Technical Property Manager, you act as support to the property technicians in operational matters. You lead projects, primarily within control and monitoring systems as well as electrical installations.

You participate in design work during renovations and new constructions. You are a technical support to the property managers regarding measures from HVAC and electrical revision inspections.

Qualifications:

• Relevant education or equivalent experience
• Several years of experience working with installations in properties
• Experience working with budgets and financial follow-up
• Good knowledge of laws and regulations and understanding of safety issues
• Driver's license category B
• Good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing
