Your job and responsibilities
We are growing and now have the opportunity to expand our team with one more property manager for our team in Stockholm. As a property manager at SBC, you are the customer responsible for a number of housing cooperatives. The position involves responsibility for customer contact, technical management, and property development for your associations. You maintain close contact with everyone involved in the customer team and have client responsibility for suppliers and subcontractors in the assignments.
You spend a large part of your time at the customer site where you build relationships, conduct inspections, planned maintenance, and proactive work.
We are looking for someone who has an easy time prioritizing and maintaining structure even during intense periods, as well as having strong technical competence regarding properties.
You create a clear structure and work proactively through your administrative ability combined with your technical knowledge. You enjoy collaborating and working in teams, like development, while customer satisfaction is very important to you.
Furthermore, you participate in our business development and quality work through your improvement proposals.
What you have
- A completed post-secondary education in property management or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience working with housing cooperative management, either as an assistant property manager or as a property manager with customer responsibility. You need to feel self-sufficient in your professional knowledge as a manager.
- Category B driver's license
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English

- You are structured and have the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize your work efficiently while setting and keeping your timeframes.
- You are proactive, enjoy initiating activities, and achieving good results.
- You will have extensive contact both internally and externally, which is why it is important that you are communicative, accustomed to many contact surfaces, calm, and accommodating in your approach.
- You are problem-solving and work structured with a "to-do" mindset. In your daily work, you show calm even in pressured situations and enjoy working independently.
