We are currently looking for a Learning Solution Manager for an exciting assignment with our client in the automotive industry in Gothenburg. In this role, you will work broadly with learning and development, contributing to creating modern and effective training initiatives that strengthen both individuals and the organization.
This is a full-time consultancy position starting in October 2026 and running until March 31, 2027, with good prospects for extension.
About the role
As a Learning Solution Manager, you work closely with the business operations, acting as a bridge between business needs and learning solutions. In your daily role, this means engaging in dialogue with managers and stakeholders to understand competency needs and challenges, and then translating these into concrete training interventions.
You plan and coordinate training activities, follow up on implemented initiatives, and ensure that solutions maintain high quality and deliver impact within the business. The role also involves close collaboration with internal experts and external suppliers, where you drive projects, adapt training materials, and ensure content is relevant and up-to-date. A key part of your day-to-day work is also analyzing needs, solving problems, and proposing improvements to how the organization approaches learning and competency development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the local training portfolio
- Drive projects to adapt and develop training packages based on business needs
- Responsible for sourcing training solutions aligned with business requirements
- Advise the business and develop solutions or action plans to address business challenges
- Collaborate with leadership, internal experts, and external suppliers
- Ensure modern and effective learning solutions
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver training programs
About you:
To succeed in this role, we believe you have prior experience in developing employees and leading training and development initiatives. We are looking for someone who is self-directed and confident working with multiple stakeholders. You possess strong analytical skills and are driven to find solutions that create value for the business. You thrive in an advisory role and have a talent for building relationships and collaborating with others.
Requirements:
- Approx. 2 years of experience in learning, education, or competency development
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field (e.g., HR)
- Ability to handle complex problems and translate them into concrete solutions
- Strong communication skills, with coaching experience being an asset
