Västra Ramlösa School is a F-6 school (grades 1-6) with approximately 600 students and 85 staff members. The school is located in Eskilsminne, Helsingborg, with good transport links. We are close to both Jordbodalen and Ramlösa Brunnspark, which we visit frequently.

Job Description

Are you an engaged after-school teacher who wants to make a difference for students every day? We are now looking for a colleague for a temporary position at Västra Ramlösa School.

With us, you become part of a competent and engaged team where collaboration, development, and the student's best interests are at the center. We work together to create a safe, stimulating, and meaningful after-school program where students have the opportunity to develop both socially and academically.

As an after-school teacher with us, you see the whole picture of the student's day. You plan, implement, and evaluate teaching based on the curriculum's goals and central content. During the school day, you work together with students and colleagues based on the operation's needs and your competence. You are also involved in the planning and implementation of our appreciated holiday activities.

At Västra Ramlösa School, we believe in the power of collegial learning. We share experiences, develop teaching together, and support each other in daily life. In addition to individual planning, the work team has joint planning time every week, which creates good conditions for collaboration and development.

We are proud of our after-school programs and are now looking for you who want to contribute with engagement, ideas, and a genuine interest in the after-school pedagogical mission. Qualifications

We are looking for you who have an after-school pedagogical degree or a teacher's degree with a focus on after-school care. If you have experience working in after-school care, it is meritorious, but we also welcome those who are at the beginning of their career and want to develop with us.

You have good knowledge of the school's governing documents and the after-school care's mission, as well as the ability to translate these into an operation that creates security, joy, and learning for students.

As a person, you are engaged, responsible, and flexible. You have a positive attitude and build good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. You are sensitive to students' needs, interests, and initiatives, and you see every student's opportunity to develop based on their prerequisites.

You thrive in collaborating in work teams while being able to take individual responsibility and work independently when the situation requires it. You actively contribute to creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment where students feel seen, involved, and inspired to learn.
