Nils Månsson's Free School is a small rural school with 70 students. At our school, everyone works together for the same goal. Here, everyone knows every child, and we share the responsibility for them collectively. You will not feel like you are working alone, as we support each other in achieving the best outcomes for all children. We have a holistic profile, meaning we look at the whole child: body, soul, and mind. The whole child must be well and "nourished" to develop properly.
We are now looking to add a primary school teacher with substantial experience or a special education teacher to our staff. The specific role and responsibilities will depend on the applicant's qualifications, experience, competence, and suitability.
The person we are looking for must be completely free of hierarchy and ego – we are here for the children, not the other way around. You must be highly flexible, love children regardless of their individual quirks, and have clear expectations for all of them. Collaboration skills are essential. Great importance is placed on suitability based on our school's profile.
Teaching certification is an absolute requirement.
Qualifications in Physical Education and Health are advantageous.
