Welcome to The Generation, an established web agency in Stockholm that has been building websites for over eleven years. We are a team of just over 20 employees working closely together to create stable and well-thought-out solutions in WordPress. Each year, we produce around 70 new websites and are responsible for the operation and management of over 500 sites for companies, organizations, and brands across Sweden.

What you will do

As a Project Manager, you have overall responsibility for your web projects and ensure everything runs smoothly from start to launch.

• Lead web development projects from start to finish
• Facilitate kick-off meetings, workshops, and strategic discussions
• Coordinate resources and create timelines
• Act as the contact person for both the client and the team
• Support sales during the pre-sales phase when needed
• Contribute to our continuous internal development
• Manage multiple parallel projects simultaneously

You are also involved in building relationships. For us, the job doesn't end at launch; that is often where the real collaboration begins. Many of our clients work with us continuously over several years, and as a Project Manager, you play a key role in nurturing and developing these relationships. You help our clients think long-term, identify improvements and opportunities for further development, and facilitate the dialogue on how their website can best grow with their business.

We believe that you...

• Have experience with WordPress and/or other CMS platforms
• Are a confident, fearless, and energetic person who is team-oriented
• Adapt easily and enjoy meeting new people
• Have experience driving digital projects, preferably web-related
• Have a good understanding of web development and UX/design
• Communicate clearly, both in Swedish and English
• Thrive in a dynamic pace where much happens and the atmosphere is open
• Extra plus if you also: Have experience with Asana or another project management platform
• Are accustomed to building long-term relationships
• Enjoy improving processes and working methods
• Are accustomed to using generative AI as a natural support in your work and are curious about how new tools and technologies can create smarter, more efficient ways of working

Workplace: S:t Eriksgatan 121B, Stockholm (possibility of hybrid work)

Working hours: Full-time

Start: August 2026
