We are in an exciting growth phase and are now looking for a Senior Accounting Consultant who wants to contribute their experience, support colleagues in their development, and help shape the way we work in the future.
You will have a central role in the business, responsible for customers, quality, and team development. Responsibilities
As a Senior Accounting Consultant, you will work with qualified accounting while also holding a leadership role within the team. You will act as a support for colleagues, contribute to process development, and ensure high quality in our deliverables.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Own customer responsibility and ongoing advisory
- Ongoing accounting, VAT, and employer declarations
- Year-end accounts, annual reports, and income tax returns
- Quality assurance of accounting work
- Onboarding of new clients, including launching collaborations, needs analysis, system reviews, and ensuring a smooth transition to Dinara
- Support and coaching for colleagues in daily work
- Introduction and training of new employees
- Reporting, follow-up, and analysis
- Contribute to the development and efficiency of digital processes and working methods
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for you who have substantial experience from an accounting firm and feel confident in the entire accounting process. You are used to taking responsibility, making decisions, and acting as a support for both customers and colleagues.
We believe you have:
- Several years of experience in qualified accounting work from an accounting firm
- Documented experience in leading, coaching, or supervising employees
- Very good experience with year-end accounts, annual reports, and tax returns
- Experience with K2, preferably also K3
- Experience with onboarding new clients and launching accounting assignments
- Post-secondary education in economics/accounting
- Good system proficiency, preferably in Fortnox and Excel
- Interest in digitalization and efficiency
- Fluent Swedish and good English in speech and writing
As a person, you are secure, communicative, and unpretentious. You have natural leadership skills and are motivated by developing both people and working methods. At the same time, you are structured, solution-oriented, and keen on building long-term customer relationships.

Terms of Employment
Scope: Full-time, initial probationary period of 6 months
Working hours: Daytime, weekdays with flexibility options
Benefits: Occupational pension, wellness allowance of 5,000 SEK/year, and hybrid work
Location: Stockholm (Mariatorget)
