About the role

You will work with the administration and further development of our BizTalk environment, where we currently have around 2,000 integrations between business systems, own applications, and external SaaS services. You and the team keep the integrations running through troubleshooting, monitoring, and continuous improvements.

BizTalk is central today, but we are gradually moving towards Azure. This role suits you if you respect existing solutions and are curious about the next step forward.

The Integration Team is part of the Development Factory, SSAB Oxelösund IT's internal development department with about 20 developers. We primarily work with operational systems linked to production (ISA-95 level 3). The tone in the team is open. We help each other with both our successes and challenges.

Responsibilities

The role also includes technical responsibility for the team's direction. You will work closely with a Service Manager and become the person who helps the team maintain the technical direction. You will become a key person in the team with a natural responsibility to drive the work forward by initiating, prioritizing, and guiding the work.

Both the ability and willingness to contribute to working as a team will be crucial for thriving in this role.

Your qualifications

We are looking for you who have experience with;

• Microsoft BizTalk Server
• REST and SOAP
• You thrive when working broadly across the organization together with many different system and process owners.
• As a person, you dare to ask rather than guess, and you enjoy working together with others.
• We are looking for you who have indirect leadership skills and naturally become the person colleagues turn to for discussing everything from big to small matters.
• It is an advantage if you have experience or interest in:
• C#/.NET, SQL, Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, API Management), Azure DevOps/CI/CD, PowerShell, BizTalk migrations, or AI-assisted development.
• Experience with troubleshooting and incident management in production-near environments is also a plus.
