In this role, you will hold a key position in managing, supporting, and further developing an established e-service platform while a new platform is being introduced. You will become an important part of an IT environment where stable operations, user support, and practical development need to go hand in hand.

You will work closely with the business in a daily routine where e-services make a concrete difference for both employees and citizens. Here you will take significant responsibility, contribute to knowledge transfer, and be part of an ongoing platform transition where your efforts will have a clear impact. • You drive operations, support, and further development of the existing e-service platform.
• You handle error reports and support cases, contributing to a stable and functional platform in daily work.
• You ensure operations and monitor that the platforms function as intended.
• You participate in training and competence-building activities related to the introduction of the new platform.
• You initiate migration work and new development of simpler e-services.
• You evaluate functionality in the new platform, Abou from Sokigo.
• You contribute to competence continuity by sharing knowledge with permanent staff.

• You have relevant and current experience in e-service development in the public sector.
• You have at least 3 years of experience with Selfpoint.
• You speak and write Swedish fluently.
• You are self-motivated and accustomed to taking primary responsibility within your area.

• Experience working with Abou from Sokigo.
• Experience in integration development.
