Job Description

This assignment involves supporting the municipality with operations and support issues in their existing environment, as well as participating in training and collaborations to introduce their new e-service platform. You will work independently and take primary responsibility for both the existing and the new e-service platform.

The following tasks are included in the assignment:

• Handle error reports and support cases.
• Ensure stable operations.
• Participate in training and other competence-building activities.
• Initiate migration work and development of simpler services.
• Evaluate functionality in our new platform, Abou by Sokigo.
• Ensure competence continuity among staff.

Required Qualifications

• Fluent proficiency in Swedish (written and spoken).
• Relevant and current experience in e-service development within the public sector.
• At least 3 years of experience with Selfpoint.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong social skills and ability to collaborate with various professional groups.
• Experience using remote collaboration tools (if requested by the municipality to reduce travel).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Abou by Sokigo is preferred.
• Experience with integration development is preferred.
