Do you have experience from healthcare or social care and want to make a real difference in someone else's daily life? We are now looking for a personal assistant for a woman in western Gothenburg. The position starts in August, but there is an opportunity to start earlier.

You will support a woman with ALS in her daily life. The work involves helping with:

• Personal care
• Communication
• Mobility/Transfers
• Household chores
• Everyday activities

The client communicates via mobile phone and gives instructions that way. We believe that you who apply are sensitive, attentive, and calm. You can sense when it is time to help and when it is time to give space.

The client has many interests, including ceramics, board games, movies, and social issues. If you share any of these, it is a plus!

We are looking for you who are engaged, respectful, and sensitive. We would like you to have great patience and the ability to be personal while acting professionally.

We would like you to:

• Have experience as a personal assistant or within healthcare/social care
• Preferably have knowledge or experience of ALS
• Be sensitive
• Be a non-smoker
• Speak and understand Swedish fluently

Working hours: Shifts are scheduled between 08:00 and 21:00. The position includes scheduled work 3–4 shifts per week as well as every other weekend. The client has round-the-clock assistance, and we would appreciate it if you have the possibility to work awake nights if needed.

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the last application date. Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.

In the event of employment, you must be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden, by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EEA or alternatively a valid work permit.
